September 2026Manque de fluidité pour la partie marketing
Pour l'emailing l'outil n'est pas intuitif. La gestion de la liste email, de la segmentation, du double opt-in, etc. est un peu laborieuse. Les fonctionnalités de base sont quand même là, mais on sent que ça n'est pas un outil crée pour le marketing. Le service client est chouette une fois passé le bot.
