About Sigma
Sigma is a business intelligence platform that runs on top of cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery. Users explore data through an interface that works like a spreadsheet, with formulas and pivot tables, and every action is translated into SQL executed on live warehouse data, with no extracts. Analysts can also use SQL or Python, and users can ask questions in a chat. Workbooks become dashboards, reports and data applications in which users enter values that are written back to the warehouse. Analytics can be embedded in other products. It is used by data teams and business analysts.

Nous utilisons Sigma pour la visualisation de données, mais je trouve le fonctionnement assez figé. Si la donnée dont tu as besoin n'est pas dans le bon tableau et que tu ne sais pas où la chercher parmi nos très nombreux dashboards, cela devient compliqué. À terme, si nous arrivons à connecter correctement nos données à Claude et à encadrer leur utilisation, je ne vois pas forcément pourquoi nous continuerions à faire de la visualisation dans Sigma. L'outil reste néanmoins agréable pour faire des dashboards.
