Skipr digitises the management of corporate mobility policies for employers in Belgium and France. HR teams define budgets such as the Belgian legal mobility budget, commute budgets or flexible income plans, centralise employee policies and reconcile expenses in one web platform connected to their payroll provider and HR systems. Employees use a mobile app and a Mastercard debit card to plan and pay for public transport, shared bikes, scooters, car sharing, trains and other authorised mobility services across Europe. The platform produces tax and CO2 reports and tracks regulatory compliance, and an AI agent answers questions on mobility spending in natural language. Skipr serves companies of all sizes and is owned by Pluxee.
