Smart Rx

Smart Rx, a subsidiary of the Cegedim group, publishes management software for community pharmacies in France. Its pharmacy system handles prescription and over-the-counter sales, third-party payment billing, wholesaler orders and stock control, price policy, and patient follow-up such as vaccination reminders, medication reviews and pharmaceutical interviews. A touch-screen sales interface called NEV, mobile tools and add-on modules cover purchasing, medical equipment rental, remote stock, and new pharmacy missions. For pharmacy groups, Smart 360 Groupement consolidates sales, purchasing and stock data from member pharmacies to steer performance and negotiations. The company supports pharmacists through installation, training and assistance from a network of regional agencies.
