Swizy

Swizy, the brand of Delta CE, provides software and benefit solutions for French works councils (CSE) and their elected members. Its modular platform covers works council accounting and budgets, management of social and cultural activities, subsidies, a branded website and a mobile app to communicate with employees. Around the platform, Swizy sells benefits that councils distribute to employees: an online ticketing service with discounted leisure and culture offers, digital gift vouchers usable in a wide retail network, and the Swizy Vacances card, a Mastercard multi-benefit card. The team configures the software at launch and supports elected members throughout their mandate. Customers range from small councils to councils of large French groups.
