United Heroes

United Heroes, formerly Sport Heroes, runs a branded mobile app that companies use to mobilize employees around collective priorities such as health and quality of work life, team cohesion, CSR engagement and change management. Employees join themed individual and team challenges, follow content, share their efforts in a community feed and climb leaderboards, while their activity can be converted into donations to nonprofits or tracked as CO2 avoided. Companies run one-off connected challenges around key moments or year-long programs, with a United Heroes team handling scoping, animation and impact measurement. The app works for all employee profiles across sites, roles and languages, and serves organizations from Paris and Madrid.
