Upflow helps B2B companies get their invoices paid on time. It connects to the accounting or billing system, imports open invoices and shows who owes what and for how long. Finance teams set up reminder sequences that send emails before and after the due date, adapted to each type of customer, and assign follow-up tasks to the account owner when a reminder is not enough. Customers receive a portal where they can see their invoices and pay by card or bank transfer. Dashboards track indicators such as days sales outstanding and overdue amounts. Upflow is used by finance and collection teams in growing and mid-sized companies.

Chez Didomi, nous utilisons Upflow pour gérer les relances de paiement, en complément de Pennylane. Nous avions déjà utilisé Upflow par le passé, avant de quitter la solution. À l'époque, nous pensions que les relances automatiques standards proposées par Pennylane étaient suffisantes pour nos besoins. Upflow nous a ensuite recontactés et nous avons constaté que le produit avait beaucoup évolué. La gestion des relances était devenue nettement plus intelligente, ce qui nous a convaincus de revenir. Aujourd'hui, Upflow est directement connecté à Pennylane et nous permet d'aller plus loin dans la gestion du recouvrement. Pour une entreprise comme Didomi, qui réalise plusieurs dizaines de millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires, les encours clients peuvent rapidement représenter des montants importants. C'est donc un sujet critique. Nous sommes aujourd'hui très contents d'Upflow. L'amélioration du produit a véritablement changé notre appréciation de la solution.
