Aircall is an excellent cloud-based phone system for professional use. I use it to call customers directly from my laptop, and the experience is seamless. One feature I found especially useful was the ability to create a dedicated phone number for a specific project while receiving call notifications on my mobile phone. It made managing customer calls much easier and more professional.
