Leapsome

Leapsome is a German HR software company that started with performance management and has grown into a broader people platform. Managers and HR teams run review cycles with 360-degree feedback, set goals and OKRs, hold structured one-to-one meetings and send engagement surveys whose results are analysed by team. A learning module delivers onboarding and training paths, and compensation and promotion processes build on the review data. More recently it added an HRIS for employee records, documents, absences, time tracking and payroll preparation, and a recruiting module covering applications through to onboarding. AI agents handle routine HR requests and coaching. It is used mostly by mid-sized and fast-growing companies in Europe and the United States.
