Personio

Personio is an HR system designed for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need an enterprise suite. Its core module keeps employee records, contracts and documents in one place and handles time off, attendance, onboarding and approval workflows. Payroll preparation, performance reviews and salary management build on the same data. The recruiting module is an applicant tracking system for publishing job openings, managing candidates and turning a hire into an employee record without re-entry. Employees use self-service to request leave or update their details. Personio is based in Munich and is used mostly by small and mid-sized companies across Europe.
