Wise

Wise, formerly TransferWise, is a financial technology company that moves money across borders. Individuals and businesses use it to send international transfers at the mid-market exchange rate with a fee shown upfront, and to hold and convert money in many currencies in a multi-currency account. The account comes with local bank details in several currencies, so users can receive payments like a local, and with a debit card for spending abroad. Wise Business adds batch payments, invoicing features, team access and accounting integrations for companies and freelancers. Through Wise Platform, banks and other companies embed its payment infrastructure in their own products. It is used by expatriates, travelers, freelancers and internationally active companies.
