About Make
Make connects applications so that data moves between them automatically. Users draw a scenario on a visual canvas, step by step, by dragging and dropping modules, with routers, filters, iterators and error handlers to control the logic. A large library of ready-made connections covers the most common business applications, and scenarios can call language models and AI agents. It is used by operations, marketing and no-code teams that automate processes without developers. Make was formerly called Integromat and is owned by Celonis.

My favorite automation tool
After trying both Zapier and n8n, Make has become my favorite automation platform. It strikes the best balance between power and ease of use. The visual interface is clean, well-designed, and makes even complex workflows easy to understand and maintain. I also found it more intuitive than the alternatives. I've used Make to automate email sequences, create Google Calendar events automatically, and connect everything with Google Workspace and Notion. The breadth of integrations and the flexibility of the workflow builder make it easy to automate repetitive tasks without writing code. Overall, I highly recommend Make to anyone looking for a powerful yet approachable automation tool, whether you're just getting started or building more advanced workflows.

Make is the fastest way I know to real automation running without an engineering team. The visual canvas teaches you fast to think in flows, you check the data at every step, and the integration catalogue covers almost everything (Salesforce, Typeform, Slides, Slack, G-suite...) Two afternoons in, you're shipping things that used to be someone's weekly manual task. However, errors handlers might not be the best, over ~25 modules the canvas stops being readable and code review becomes harder for a handover.
