JumpCloud

JumpCloud replaces the traditional on-premise directory with a cloud service that manages both users and their devices. IT administrators create each employee once, then grant access to applications through single sign-on, to laptops and servers, and to Wi-Fi and VPN through Cloud RADIUS, with multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies on top. The same console enrols and secures Windows, Apple, Linux and Android devices, applies policies and patches, and removes all access when someone leaves. Additional modules cover SaaS management, to track application usage and cost, and identity governance for AI agents. It is used by IT teams and managed service providers, mostly in small and mid-sized organisations.
