Heelio

Heelio is a French FP&A and treasury platform for SMEs, groups of companies and the people who steer their finances: CEOs, in-house and fractional CFOs, financial controllers, treasurers, accounting firms and investors.

Heelio connects to your bank accounts and your accounting software, then updates your cash position, management P&L and forecasts every day. If your books are up to date, Heelio uses them as they are. If they are not, it rebuilds your management P&L from your bank transactions.

• Team access: unlimited users with read-only, contributor or admin rights, company by company; your accountant can follow in read-only

Connections

• Accounting: Pennylane, MyUnisoft and Xero natively, any other software through its FEC or an Excel export
• Banks: read-only connections through Bridge, licensed by the ACPR; no payment can be initiated
• Invoices: from Xero, Stafiz or Pennylane, or an Excel file
• AI assistants: an MCP connector gives Claude and ChatGPT read-only access to your figures

Security

Data hosted in the European Union (Google Cloud, ISO 27001) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Heelio reads your banks and your accounting software and never writes to them.
