July 2026Figma has probably had the biggest impact on my marketing team of any tool we use. It removed so much friction between an idea and execution. Everyone can collaborate, iterate, and give feedback in one place, while staying aligned with design. The best tools don't just make people faster. They make more people capable of doing great work.
