JetBrains builds software development tools, best known for its family of integrated development environments. IntelliJ IDEA targets Java and Kotlin, PyCharm covers Python, WebStorm JavaScript, PhpStorm PHP, CLion C and C++, Rider .NET, and DataGrip databases and SQL, while ReSharper extends Visual Studio. These products share code completion, inspections, refactoring, debugging and version control integration. JetBrains also created Kotlin, the programming language used widely for Android development, and offers team tools: TeamCity for continuous integration and deployment, and YouTrack for issue tracking and project management. Its products are used by individual developers and by engineering teams in companies of every size.
