Nooks review

Great outbound platform with sequencing and AI capabilities. Enables managers to participate in calls, users can launch parallel dialing, AI sequences, contact enrichment directly from the platform.
WARNING for french teams : Nooks uses Twilio, which doesn't have a french entity anymore. You won't be able (as of today) to purchase new french mobile numbers (+336 and +337). They're working on it.
The set up was very easy and the Nooks team has a very good onboarding plan with dedicated POC and weekly calls. We managed to negotiate a small pilot (less than 10 users across 3 markets) before committing to a bigger plan.
