It offered the best balance of flexibility, ease of use, documentation, project management, databases, and collaboration. It was easy to deploy across the company, highly customizable, and integrated well with our existing workflows. Overall, it delivered the best value for a fast-growing company.
The rollout was smooth and adoption was faster than expected. Most team members were productive after a short onboarding period thanks to Notion’s intuitive interface. We progressively migrated documentation and workflows instead of doing everything at once, which minimized disruption. If we were to do it again, we would standardize templates and governance earlier to keep the workspace more consistent as the company scales.
