Slack — the backbone of any org's communication. Best-in-class and the clear market leader. Honestly, not much needs to be said: you can do everything with it, automate everything, connect everything. It's a genuine staple of the modern stack. The only real downsides: it can get a bit pricey, and the integrations that came out of the Salesforce acquisition haven't delivered the game-changing features or upside you might have hoped for. But none of that changes the verdict. Slack remains an absolute essential.
