Allo is a phone system for small businesses that runs as an app on mobile and desktop, with no hardware to install. It provides business numbers, international calling, two-way text messaging and smart call routing across a team. Calls are recorded and transcribed, then summarised and tagged by AI, and the result is synced automatically to the CRM and other tools the company already uses. Voicemails are transcribed as well, and an AI answering service can pick up calls when nobody is available. It is used by founders, sales teams, customer support and operations teams that handle their calls from a phone or a laptop.
