ClickUp is a work management platform that aims to hold a team's projects, documents and conversations in one workspace. Work is organised in a hierarchy of spaces, folders, lists and tasks, which can be viewed as lists, boards, Gantt charts or calendars. Around tasks, it adds collaborative docs, whiteboards, chat, goals, dashboards, time tracking and automations, with custom fields and statuses to fit each team's process. ClickUp also offers AI features and agents that summarise work, write content and answer questions from the workspace. It is used by product, engineering, marketing and operations teams, and by agencies, from small companies to larger organisations.
