Good possibilities but the starter Plan is quite limited, and it quickly becomes expensive if you want to exploit all possibilities

Excellent once your database is clean, and it prices your database, so keep it clean. The link between campaigns and the CRM is the reason to buy it. Someone downloads a report, registers for an event, opens three emails about a topic, and the sales side sees all of it on the contact record without anyone plumbing an integration. That's the whole pitch, and it does deliver. For an events business it earns its keep on registration flows. Form, list, workflow, reminder sequence, follow-up segmented by who showed up and who didn't. I can build that in an afternoon and reuse it for the next one. Lists and workflows are the strongest part of the product. Non-technical people on our team build segments But the pricing model taxes exactly the asset you're supposed to be building. Professional includes 2,000 marketing contacts. Every extra block of 5,000 runs around 225 EUR a month. Do the arithmetic on a 20,000-contact list and the contact bill outweighs the plan itself. Worse, the default behaviour works against you: import an event list, connect an old tool, and everything arrives flagged as a marketing contact, including vendors, bounces and people who unsubscribed in 2019. You are paying rent on records you can't even email. I'd also say the reporting is good until it isn't. Standard attribution is fine, and the moment you want something specific across several BUs you're exporting to a spreadsheet anyway. It closed the gap between "we sent a campaign" and "that campaign produced revenue." For each event or program I can trace registrations back to the emails and pages that generated them, and the sales team inherits that context instead of asking us for a list. Practically, it removed a recurring source of friction between marketing and sales: nobody argues about whose leads they are, because everyone reads the same record.
