Salesforce's customer data platform: unifies data from any source into profiles usable across Salesforce.

About Salesforce Data 360

Salesforce Data 360, formerly Data Cloud, is the data platform that sits under the Salesforce products. It ingests data from Salesforce clouds, websites, mobile apps, data warehouses and other external systems, maps it to a common model, and resolves identities to build a single profile for each customer or account. Teams can then create segments, compute insights and trigger actions in marketing, sales and service tools. Zero-copy connections let it query data stored in warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery without moving it, and the unified data also grounds Salesforce's AI agents. It is used by marketing, data and CRM teams in companies already running Salesforce.
