J'utilise Slack quotidiennement, non seulement pour communiquer avec mes collègues, mais aussi pour déclencher et suivre différentes demandes internes. J'apprécie particulièrement ses intégrations avec d'autres outils, notamment Jira. Il est possible de lancer des workflows, de renseigner des informations et de créer automatiquement des tickets sans quitter Slack. C'est un vrai gain de temps, surtout lorsque l'interface de l'application connectée est moins agréable à utiliser.
