Agentforce

Agentforce is the Salesforce platform for building and running AI agents that act on a company's behalf. Agents draw on customer data and business rules held in Salesforce to answer service requests, qualify leads, assist shoppers or support employees, and they can take actions such as updating records or launching workflows, handing over to a person when needed. Agentforce Builder lets administrators define an agent's topics, instructions and actions in a low-code interface, while the developer tools cover coding, testing and deployment. Agentforce Voice adds spoken conversations, and AgentExchange is a marketplace of prebuilt agents and actions from partners. It is used by service, sales, marketing and commerce teams that already run on Salesforce.
