Its AI agent, Fin, answers a share of the questions itself from the company's own content and hands the rest to the support team. Agents work in a shared inbox with tickets and workflows, customers reach the company through a messenger placed inside a website or an app, and a help center publishes articles for self-service. Reports follow resolution rates and team performance. It is used by the support teams of software and internet companies.

Client Intercom depuis 8 ans
J’adore Intercom. On l’utilise depuis plus de 8 ans chez Partoo et on a vu l’outil énormément évoluer au fil des années. On a testé Zoho Desk pendant un moment, en parallèle d’Intercom, mais l’outil était finalement moins adapté à nos besoins. On a donc fait le choix de tout regrouper sur Intercom. Aujourd’hui, nos 50 personnes au Support utilisent Intercom au quotidien. On utilise notamment les fonctionnalités IA comme Copilot, mais aussi le bot IA qui répond désormais à plus de 25 % de nos tickets, ce qui commence à avoir un impact très concret sur notre organisation. Tout notre Help Center est également hébergé sur Intercom, ce qui nous permet de centraliser le support, la connaissance et une partie croissante de l’automatisation au même endroit. Après plus de 8 ans d’utilisation, Intercom reste clairement un des outils les plus structurants de notre stack Customer Support.
