Nous utilisons HiBob depuis plusieurs années comme SIRH chez Didomi. C'est notre outil historique pour gérer les principaux processus RH, notamment les entretiens annuels et les absences. Nous n'avions pas de véritable SIRH auparavant. HiBob couvre aujourd'hui nos besoins et nous en sommes très contents. La solution peut également être connectée à d'autres logiciels de notre stack. Nous prévoyons notamment de la connecter à Qobra. Nous aurions pu envisager d'autres solutions comme Lucca, mais nous n'avons pas réalisé de benchmark approfondi à l'époque.
