Circleback records meetings held on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Slack, as well as in-person conversations, and produces a transcript, structured notes and a list of action items assigned to participants. Automations then send that output where it is needed, for example a CRM, a project management tool or a messaging channel, based on rules the user defines for each type of meeting. Past meetings stay searchable, and an assistant answers questions across the whole history of conversations. It is used by founders, sales and customer teams, recruiters and consultants who spend much of their day in calls and want follow-ups handled without manual note-taking.

Un excellent notetaker IA avec des intégrations pratiques pour nos équipes
Nous utilisons Circleback comme outil de prise de notes pour les réunions de toute l'entreprise. Je trouve l'outil vraiment très bien fait. Les notes générées sont pertinentes et l'IA fonctionne très bien. J'apprécie également les intégrations natives avec Attio et Slack. Nous pouvons envoyer automatiquement les notes dans un channel Slack et les enregistrer dans notre CRM. Cela permet de conserver une trace des échanges sans multiplier les manipulations. Attio propose maintenant sa propre fonctionnalité de call recording et de prise de notes. Nous allons probablement la tester, car une solution directement intégrée au CRM pourrait être intéressante.
