Stripe lets a business accept payments online and in person, and move money between customers, sellers and bank accounts. Developers integrate it through an API rather than through a bank. Payments handles cards, wallets and local payment methods, Billing manages subscriptions, invoices and usage-based pricing, Connect serves marketplaces and platforms that pay out to sellers, and Radar detects fraud. Terminal and Issuing extend it to in-person payments and card issuing. It is used by internet companies from startups to large enterprises.
